This is an indoor shopping center located under Copley Square. Used to be fancy, but not so much anymore as it is just ordinary now. You will find familiar stores and brands here.

Boston is a charming, surprising city. Whether it’s to discover more about its history and culture, or to experience unique dining, Boston is also considered a strong destination for luxury shopping.Copley Place is the leading destination for this purpose, a high-end shopping mall located in Back Bay, with two floors and over 50 stores of international brands. Copley Place is a Simon center, one of the 12 in the state of Massachusetts, which not only offers a differentiated shopping experience but also provides a world of major brands associated with fine dining. And all of this is in an easily accessible space with an excellent location.A great example of fine dining is enjoying a meal at the Italian restaurant Parm, where the menu is capable of transporting the visitor directly to Italy, with much authenticity. The aromas, the seasonings… The tip is to choose the sandwich that is the restaurant’s signature, well stuffed with breaded chicken, plenty of cheese, and fresh tomato sauce. On the palate, it feels like an incredible journey to the best flavors of Italy, with the desire to repeat that journey. As a Tiffany & Co. lover, stopping by this boutique is a must to discover new products and trends. The service is unique, involving the customer from start to the end. After all, this is Tiffany & Co., a brand that is absolutely creative and engaging. I tried some products and had an incredible shopping experience there. At Copley Place, Louis Vuitton store also stands out for its craftsmanship and customer engagement. From bracelets to the brand’s most exclusive items, for the Client Advisor, it doesn’t matter: when purchasing any item from the boutique, you’re acquiring a unique piece with its own significance. So, impeccable service is essential and cannot be overlooked.I can’t wait to return to Boston, where I had memorable experiences that are now part of my collection and records of yet another spectacular journey around the world. Copley Place will continue to be my recommendation for all travelers looking for a safe place to access different major brands, along with rich gastronomy. Copley Place is the right destination for a shopping experience like no other, where every moment will become another reason to return to Boston and, of course, to Copley Place.

Copley Place is great for indoor walking during the winter. It’s connected to the Prudential Center, and two large hotels. Most of the shops are high-end boutiques, and other major brands. It can be festive during the holidays.

It's an indoor shopping area, a place that we walked through. But we did not linger as it was not very interesting, just some of the usual mall shops. But a good place to buy stuff that you might need.

I am very, very annoyed about the fact that mall access is locked after midnight. I was attending a Convention at the Hynes and staying at the Westin. The access from the Hynes to the Westin is through the Prudential Mall, through an overpass over Huntington Avenue, through the Copley Place Mall, through another overpass over Stuart Street and finally in the Westin. This has been a known access for years. What was not known was that access is locked after midnight. There was no indication that the doors would be locked or any method to reach security. Programs at the Hynes finished up at 2AM, after the doors were locked.Friday night I tried to return to my hotel room and crossed into the mall. I was parked in the LAZ parking garage in this mall and stopped to get something from the car. I ended up locked in the garage and couldn't return. A call on the emergency box went unanswered. Finally, after many tense minutes, someone entered the garage and I was able to leave. Then when I tried to go across the Stuart Street overpass, the doors were locked. By this time several attendees were gathered and did not know how to get back to the hotel. Doors to exit the mall were also locked - a clear fire hazard. We finally found a way out to the street. There is still a good amount of traffic after midnight in Boston and we had to navigate through all of this. Also, no one had any jackets or protective clothing to deal with the chilly, rainy weather. Saturday night I had the same run around. And note that guests at the Marriot, at the other end of the mall, were also locked out.A company which compromises the safety of its patrons by locking them in or out has no business being here. I am particularly concerned about the difficulty exiting the mall because of locked doors. One day the place will catch fire and people will burn. Not good.I spoke with the head of security and they will make sure that the doors will be left open for conventions, but only if they are made aware. Time will tell if this fix is put in place. But until that time, I recommend avoiding places which your safety is secondary.
