Today we attended the production of Sister Act by Jubilee Theatre at Bass Hall. The talent was amazing and the production was well done. This was our first Jubilee production. We look forward to seeing many more.

Someone was sitting in my seat and she insisted it was hers. When I asked an usher to help me find my seat, she said sit in any seat. When I did, a large guy loudly said in a threatening way, it was his seat and I moved. I finally found a seat while ushers chatted with each other!! It was embarrassing. I will NEVER RETURN to be humiliated!!!!!!! SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT!!

We got our seat number at the door AND seats aren't numbered with long rows so CHAOS ENSUED!!! Someone was in our seats and I mentioned it to the fella seats there and he said they were his. We asked an employee for help and she said, Sit wherever you'd like because front doors are closing soon. So we did and guests said those were their seats. THIS HAPPENED 3 TIMES. We told the same employee what happened and she said the same thing AGAIN! We were last ones to finally find seats. Frustrating, embarrassing! If seats hadn't been $35, we'd have left!

Have had season tickets for several years. Small intimate setting, talent displayed is phenomenal for the area.

We are season ticket holders, get them every year. Every performance is a thought provoking emotional roller coaster that leaves you thinking about the storyline well after it's over..
