I had a great experience training at Crush Gym /Richmond! The gym is excellent — all the equipment is brand new, very well distributed, and the entire space is extremely clean and organized. On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Nicole was incredibly attentive and super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough!

Save yourself the money and time and go anywhere else than this gym on Collier Parkway in Land O Lakes, Florida. Do not join for heaven sake. They will screw you over

Rip-off. Scheduled a personal training session that I left after waiting 40 minutes and nobody showed up for, and they had the gall to tell me they didn't want to refund me the meeting and instead tried to reschedule.

I had heart surgery and they gave me a high powered sales pitch for personal training and charged me. I told them I could not lift my arms and they still charged me and would not refund my money. I had heart surgery and they stole my money!!!!! Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
