As far as shopping malls go, this one is beautiful. Set right on the River Walk and attached to the Marriott River Center hotel, this mall is a dining, shopping and entertainment mecca. Although anchored by Foley's, Dillard's and an AMC movie theater, the mall offers scores of specialty shops and gift stores, as well as one of the largest parking garages downtown. Musical groups and dance troupes perform nightly during the summer months at the lagoon in the middle of the mall. Visitors can also board barges for tours of the River Walk from the lower level.

tripadvisorReally nice shopping center in the historic area of San Antonio. The place looks beautiful and has a great atmosphere, especially being close to the River Walk. Honestly though, the stores aren’t all that impressive and don’t really match how nice the place looks. There’s not much here that would make me come specifically for shopping. The restaurants and cafes are the best part in my opinion, some really nice spots to sit down, relax, and enjoy a meal. I’d say this is more of a chill and dine kind of place than a shopping destination.
MoreDon't trust that they have security in the garages like they say or others think. I had my F150 tail lights stolen near the elevators on level D. They responded to my call by sending security AFTER the fact to do nothing but take pictures and a report. He also admitted it was a busy day and they didnt really have the staff to patrol the garages that day. Then I still had to pay the parking fee to get out!?!?!?! $5200 estimate to replace. I hope my insurance goes after the parking lot that had care and custody of my vehicle for a fee and did nothing to keep it safe.Lastly the mall locks up the bathrooms in the evening. I waited 2 hours for SAPD and went inside to use the bathroom and couldnt !!
MoreThis is a shopping center and because it is part of the Riverwalk area, it is a little bit special and a bit more upscale than most shopping experiences, and therefore a bit more fun and special.
MoreIt’s like going to a peddlers convention. You can’t just walk into a store and shop, they attack lol. The people that are trying to sell a package on the boat ride, eating at Margarita Ville, and something else were brutal! There are 4 groups that all 4 will try to sell you this package. One girl, by the Auntie Ems, was SO RUDE, about us the declining the offer! Told me I was going to be stopped 2 more times and that I might as well give up and buy the offer!! I will probably never go to the mall again
MoreSame ole same mall stores. Seen one, you’ve seen them all. No need to go back here when we travel to San Antonio. It is on top of the Riverwalk so it is convenient if you want to go down stairs and walk along the River.
