We are the original smashed and rolled ice cream from Thailand. The way we make our ice cream in front of our customers is fun and creative as you have probably seen on Youtube or other social networking. Basically, customers will create their own flavors by choosing ice cream base (ice cream liquid), mixers, toppings and sauce. With this customization, every cup will be unique and perfectly matched with customers' tastes. Also, customers can witness all ice cream making process, which will be done within a couple minutes. First, an ice cream base and mixers are poured onto a special iced plate. Then, all ingredients will be chopped and smashed together with metal paddles as they start to freeze. In just minutes, the cream firms up and it will be spread into a thin layer, then, scraped into the chubby rolls. We hope that you will enjoy our "Tastefully Smashed Ice cream"
