Perfect Little Bites is a Frederick, Maryland-based private chef service serving Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland, the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and southern Pennsylvania. I specialize in plated, multi-course dinners in homes and vacation rentals. If you’re searching for catering for a smaller gathering but want a seated, chef-served dinner rather than a buffet or drop-off meal, this may be a good fit. I do not offer buffet or drop-off catering, weekly meal prep, bartending or traditional hands-on cooking lessons. I plan the menu, shop, cook in your kitchen, plate and serve each course, and handle the cleanup afterward. Most dinners are for groups of 4 to 20 guests, although smaller and larger dinners may be possible depending on the date, location, menu and service style. Most menus are customized around your group, budget, food preferences and dietary needs. Pricing is all-in and includes menu planning, groceries, travel, cooking, service, necessary staffing, plates, silverware, linen napkins, cooking equipment and cleanup. Travel is available for select events outside my regular service area.
