We operate Brown Dog Farm in Wisconsin for the benefit of our restaurant. Everything grown or foraged on the farm ends up on the menu. We grow everything from apples for our signature Cider Sangria to 30 to 40 beehives for honey in our Bees Knees Cocktail and salad dressings!
