This Pearl Street Mall hangout brims with locals. Do not let the entrance turn you away. While a dark stairwell leads to this underground hideaway, the inside is friendly and fun with six pool tables and a big screen television. The bar pours a variety of beverages including an assortment of local micro brews. This is one of the few places in town you can get away with having a cigarette.

tripadvisorAwesome spot in Boulder. Cheap drinks and great vibes. Also, they were super accommodating for my service dog, which I super appreciate.
MoreFree pool, live music, cheap drinks! Had a blast here! Met some cool people playing pool. Will be back!
MoreI visited on a Monday afternoon/evening. The bar itself smells pretty bad, and the drink selection was okay. The bartender was clearly plastered, and she got both of my drink orders wrong. It was an Avery IPA both times. It gets worse. When I closed my tab, she gave me the wrong card back. I have an identical card, so I didn't check the name. I called a couple hours later realizing the mishap. Sure enough, they still had my card, and the guy whose card I had was still there. So I walked there from my house which took about 25 min ~1.5 miles. Upon reaching the bar, the new bartender almost immediately knew why I was there.I handed him the other guys card, who I never met. He hands me my card along with an already-swiped tab. I asked him if he thought considering the circumstances, maybe that should be on the house. He shrugged. My advice: there are a lot of better places on Pearl Street. Especially ones that won't screw your over and foot you the bill.
MoreDefinitely expect a dive bar…but a fun one! Everyone is really friendly but its a college scene and you may stand out if you aren't typically part of that scene.
MoreIf you get sick, hitched or ejected from going to this type of an establishment, welcome to the dumpster, honey. Not for amateurs.
