The Clinton Presidential Park Bridge, aka Rock Island Bridge, is one of Little Rock's six bridges. Originally built in 1899 as a railroad bridge, in 2004 work began to convert the bridge and in 2011 it opened as a pedestrian and cyclist bridge connecting Little Rock to North Little Rock over the Arkansas River providing access to attractions on both sides of the river. It is also part of the Arkansas River Trail system and completes a 15-mile loop of continuous trail providing a non-stop trip around the River Trail loop.
