The facility is nice and plenty of stuff to do for my toddler. My issue was with check in. Staff member was not friendly and somehow my family of two adults and one child was $35. I asked and she said “yeah” even though the math with tax didn’t add up. So I said yes to a receipt and there was a $5 tip added without asking us? My husband said don’t worry about it of course but just want to warn others. I’m all for tipping, but I don’t agree with it being added when there is no mention of it (also when she wasn’t even kind or helpful when asking questions).

Staff doesn't enforce the height rules. Teenager playing in the toddler/infant area. My kids always get hurt when we go there. We just go when we are given gift cards for it, because i personally would not waste my money on it. Some play areas seem they haven't being cleaned/scrubbed in a while

A disabled veteran was publicly shamed by the general manager Bethany. I suffer from a foot injury that occurred on my last deployment. I am unable to wear socks or closed toe shoes. There was no accommodation made by the staff after multiple conversations. As I left the general manager said let's get some lysol and disinfectant for this nasty customer. That's the level of care and respect this business shows our military community.

I needed an activity for my overactive six year old boy. Let's play did not disappoint. There were plenty of places for him to climb and jump. I was impressed with the variety of options. We stayed for three hours and he only took one short break. He never got bored.

My kids (3 and 5) absolutely loved this place. They both had so much fun and there was plenty to do for pretty much any age. I saw toddlers-10 year olds playing in there and all having a blast. I went on a weekday in the summer and there were a lot of people there but it never felt too full. We were there for a couple of hours went off campus for lunch came back to play for another hour and a half or so. There was so much for the kids to do...it was almost overwheming! They disappeared off into the play area and showed back up from time to time with a smile on their face. They were exhausted when we left. A great option for a rainy day or when everyone is just stir crazy. We will definitely go back! It's still pretty new but everything was clean and well maintained which was nice.
