The name supra translates to mean a Georgian feast with an abundance of food, wine and toasts with lots of bonhomie and cheer. True to its name, Supra serves a wide variety of delicious food including the classic ajaruli, a boat shaped bread filled with bubbling melted cheese into which a raw egg is added at the table to create a tart cheese egg dip to eat with the bread. Lobiani, another kachapuri has a white bean filling, for vegans who don't eat cheese. The pork and beef soup dumplings are a burst of flavorful broth with every morsel. Georgian wines made the traditional way in clay pots are a good pairing with the food.

MoreFood is impeccable. We had the eggplant, khinkali, and kachapurri (spelling?). All excellent. Would return.
MoreThe food was good! We got two different dumplings but the pork soup ones were by far better. Pork belly was a good mix of salty and sweet. The chicken croquettes were delicious. The bread cheese...
