Supra

The name supra translates to mean a Georgian feast with an abundance of food, wine and toasts with lots of bonhomie and cheer. True to its name, Supra serves a wide variety of delicious food  including the classic ajaruli, a boat shaped bread filled with bubbling melted cheese into which a raw egg is added at the table to create a tart cheese egg dip to eat with the bread. Lobiani, another kachapuri has a white bean filling, for vegans who don't eat cheese. The pork and beef soup dumplings are a burst of flavorful broth with every morsel.
