We had the absolute best time on the big blue pedaler for my Bachelorette party!! My 7 girlfriends and I had so much fun thanks to our wonderful tour guide/driver Carmen! She was such an angel and took such good care of us and made sure we stopped at bars that fit the vibe we wanted!

Fun time and a great business team building opportunity. Our guide, Devin, was fantastic! Makes the trip fun and keeps the energy up.

We had a tour scheduled for 12 people from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday night. It was a birthday celebration with family and friends. All of us arrived early and had signed our wavers, ready to go! After over a half an hour of waiting in the parking lot we were told to meet in, multiple phone calls, emails, messages with 0 response, the building remained closed and no one showed up to take us on our tour. Multiple members of our group called throughout the week prior to confirm details so we know they were very much aware of our tour. There has been NO communication from Big Blue Pedaler aside from an automated email notifying the booking has been cancelled and refund initiated (12 hours later). No apology, no excuse, no explanation. They made no effort to right their wrong. I love supporting small businesses and we are a very understanding group of people who would have understood if a reasonable explanation was provided and any kind of apology was made. I’m super disappointed and I won’t ever try to do this through BBP again.

I’ve been on the Big Blue Pedaler several times in the last 3 years. IT’S AN ABSOLUTE BLAST!!! We’ve booked for birthday parties and for family outings when they come into town. BIG BLUE PEDALER IS LEXINGTON’S BEST HIDDEN SECRET!! If you’re visiting Lexington THIS IS A MUST!! Every-time my family comes into town, the first thing they do is book a ride on BBP! The drivers are PHENOMENAL!! They allow you to pick your OWN MUSIC and they keep the party going on and off the bike! I can’t express how much we love BIG BLUE PEDALER ❤️ LEXINGTON’S BEST AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Really had a great time with these folks. They were accommodating and very knowledgeable. Second to none. The know the bars well and have a well engineered plan.
