I have taken classes at this location, but my most recent visit was for a concert in the park. The grounds are lovely and there are picnic table and benches. There is a feeling of privacy.
MoreI have been taking deep water exercise classes here for about 8 months, love them! the teachers are knowledgeable, friendly, and it is quite the workout! The pool area, lockers, reception area are always clean and welcoming. Great place to meet new people.
MoreIn the past, I have gone for the Deep Water Aerobics and it is wonderful. Loosens the joints and you feel so much better after your workout. I need to do this again.
Morefrom the front door all the way to the beautiful bike trails my experience was a one of the greatest adventures in life, the staff at the hotel were wonderful and they made sure that my stay was extremely pleasant
MoreWhat you first notice when you drive up to the park are the huge redwood trees. There is also a great children's park. The indoor swiming pool is reasonably priced.
