Hello, my name is Gib and I am a U.S. Chess Federation certified coach. I offer online classes to those who want to learn or improve their game. After years of playing on the competitive chess circuit, I changed my focus. I wanted to ensure future generations could understand and love the game that has played such a significant role in my life. My love of the game and my love of introducing people to the game allows me to be patient, analytical, and fueled by joy. I teach everything from basic movements and rules to advanced strategy. My coaching caters to the skill set of the student and adapts as the student advances.
