We booked and paid for a taxi over the phone. We were told it would be $50 to take us from Opry Mall to Music Row. Our wait, we were told would be 10-15 minutes. We waited for 45 minutes and were eventually picked up by an Uber driver, sent by AJ Transportation. When we checked our online banking we had been charged $56, so along with the tip we gave the driver, it was an even more expensive journey than we had anticipated.

Found this cab service randomly while looking for cab services for a ride to the airport for an early morning flight. Amy is amazing. She contacted me that same day that I scheduled, as well as the morning of. She also arrived promptly 5 minutes early. Very reliable. Highly recommend.
