Starting with just two vehicles in 1947, the Checker Cab has since grown to become the largest and the most reputed taxicab service operating in Nashville city. The service offered is not just limited to local taxi service, but also includes airport transfers, parcel deliveries, city tours, late night travel and executive travel service. The company is favored because of its quick dispatch system that ensures minimum wait time. The cabs are available on call 24/7, but advance booking is recommended.
We are proud to be the first driver-owned and driver-operated taxi co-op in the entire United States, and we look forward to serving you transportation needs.
