Due to popular demand, AMA Sushi now offers flexible Omakase seatings starting every fifteen minutes. We will offer seatings between 5:30pm and 8:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays to accommodate those wishing to join us for the Omakase experience. Seating availability for Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday will be between 6:00pm and 8:00pm. Our Omakase experience takes place at our 13-seat sushi bar. AMA Sushi is a celebration of Japan's Edomae tradition crafted with variety and skill, uniquely located on the American Riviera. Inspired by the legacy of Japanese free divers, the restaurant derives its name from the valiant women who swam the ocean to collect fresh seafood for their villages. AMA showcases always-fresh ingredients complemented by an extensive selection of wine, sake, and innovative cocktails. Please note, a la carte dining features outdoor seating only. During the fall and winter months please anticipate cooler temperatures and dress accordingly. Heaters and blankets are available to our guests.
