It seems that almost every pizzeria now is using the traditional wood-fired, Neapolitan style of making pies, and this one is no exception. Guests have their choice of white or red pizza; some of the 'bianche' include the 'Quattro Formaggi' (four cheese), the Primavera with asparagus, English Pea, speck (bacon) and egg or the popular 'Mais', which is a masterpiece of raw Prosciutto, sweet corn, crème frâiche and garlic. As for the 'rosso', the Margherita and Marinara are present, but most of the others like the eggplant and zucchini stacked Ortolana, the smoky mozzarella Diavola and the Campagnola with anchovies and garlic are the real winners here. Additionally, any of the pizzas can be made without gluten for an extra 3USD supplement. Check website for full menu.
