Amped Fitness Spring offers 24/7 member access with strength and cardio equipment, an abs and glutes zone, a functional training zone and a multi-sport turf area. Train in the women-only Babe Cave, The Gauntlet tactical training area, Sweat Cinema cardio theater and Strong Pods private training zones. Recovery and wellness options include cold plunge, infrared sauna, hydromassage, CryoBed, Normatec compression boots, Hyperice percussion therapy and Evolt body composition scans. The club includes locker rooms and showers, plus a dry sauna and Kids Club. PT bootcamps are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Specialty training zones, hydromassage and CryoBed require VIP or Revamped membership. The Revamped room requires Revamped membership. Kids Club is available for an additional fee.
