VINCA on Pearl is a warm, wine-focused Modern European restaurant in the heart of Boulder’s Pearl Street. Our menu combines European tradition with refined, seasonal cooking, led by our signature Crispy Viennese Veal Schnitzel, Lobster Spaghetti, Seared Duck, Halibut, Rösti, and Grandma’s Apple Strudel. Our carefully curated wine program features more than 500 bottles from Europe and around the world, along with a distinctive selection by the glass. Guests join us for date nights, anniversary dinners, business dinners, celebrations, Wednesday Wine Night, Thursday Alpine Feast, and relaxed weekend lunch. Our private Wine Cellar welcomes up to 40 guests for corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, micro-weddings, celebrations, and wine-focused gatherings. Full-restaurant events can accommodate up to 85 guests.
