Cat graduated in 2000 from The Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY and has been licensed to practice massage therapy since 2001. Upon graduating, she began teaching Shiatsu, Foundations of Swedish and Pregnancy Massage at her alma mater. She received her National Certification in 2003 and an advanced specialization certification in Pre-&Perinatal Massage Therapy. Cat has decades of professional experience performing a wide variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Pre&Postnatal Massage, Fertility Massage and Shiatsu. She is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Cat completed her First Degree Reiki training certification in 2024 from the Maryland Center for Reiki Training and plans to pursue her Reiki master certification. Cat is also a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology and certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS). She graduated from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, NY in 2010 where she maintained a 4.0 GPA. Cat graduated on the President’s list for academic excellence and also achieved the status of candidate for the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society. She holds a current BLS certification in HCP-CPR and AED/First Aid (Adult/Child/Infant/Choking) from the National CPR Foundation.
