I opened Fé Fitness because of a problem I kept seeing. People would come to me after a year at a big gym with nothing to show for it. Others came after an injury at a high intensity box, afraid to lift again. Both had the same thing missing: somebody watching them train. I have lived in the United States for 24 years. In that time I have worked with people coming back from ACL surgery, people in their seventies, and people who had never picked up a weight. What they needed was not a harder workout. It was correction, progression, and someone who remembered what they did last week. That is what Fé Fitness is. Small classes, real equipment, and a coach who knows your name and your history. The name means faith. It is where I come from and what carries me, and you will feel it in how people are treated here. It is not a requirement to train with us
