I had just finished a job in the early afternoon, and my company booked a redeye flight out of John Wayne International Airport. I found Inspiration Point on Google maps and said why not? It was worth it, I spent a few hours there watching the Pacific wash against the beach and the rocks. Very nice. Obviously a popular spot, but that doesn't take away form the beauty, from the views. It truly is a magical place.

Not hard to find and was surprised how easy we were able to find parking. Great views of the ocean jetty and marina. One man tried to convince me his 14 year old golden was not a dog at all but a Coyote.

Oh my goodness! So beautiful! Bring a towel wether or not you bring a swimsuit. There’s plenty of places to get your feet in the water and it’s ridiculously hard to resist.

This location was simply breathtaking. The views were incredible and there was plenty of parking. It is a must see.
