Drivers were professional and amazing. Very flexible and tolerant of guests after wedding, highly recommended. Great choice

The vehicle we booked was sold. But they didn't tell us that, so a puny little van showed up when we had booked a bridal bus. I then found out that it was brought to the owner's attention that the vehicle had been booked and she just said that she would worry about it later. They switched it out with a vehicle (inferior) that they had to get from another company. When I refused to pay until I discussed compensation, the owner threatened to have the vehicle pull over in the middle of the road and make us get out. I was forced to pay. When requesting a refund (because their policy states that if a vehicle isn't available, the same or better vehicle will be swapped and this was not the case - our new vehicle didn't even allow for all of our guests to sit together - one had to sit with the drive!) I was told I would not get one. Again, reading these reviews, the description of the owner's behaviour is 100% disgusting. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business. Do not book with this company.

Do not use this company. I had a terrible experience with Metro Livery. I booked them to pick me and my elderly aunt up from a wedding we attended in Nashville. I received a call at the time they were supposed to pick us up and was told the driver was stuck in traffic in Franklin and would not be there for another hour. I told them I would have to make other arrangements and the lady said she understood and would refund the charge. I have been calling and emailing them for 6 weeks and still have not received the refund.

They added an hour extra charge to our trip without any notification of discussion. They said when queried it was the time to get to their location (not the pick up / drop off point) - I have never had a car service do this.

We had a party of 5 for a guys golf outing and civil war tour long weekend. We were driven in their RoadStallion which is basically a Mercedes Sprinter on steroids (in all ways). We all felt like movie stars pulling up in that thing. The interior was like a private luxury jet, complete with luxury swiveling and reclining captains chairs, refrigerator, WiFi, big screen TVs with ROKU, Netflix, etc. When asked, I was informed that the base of that RoadStallion was a Mercedes Sprinter chassis but it's a lot wider and taller and far more opulent. I believe it could seat 8. Five of us split the cost and it wasn't bad at all. Will definitely do it again.
