Unreal awesome class. First off-- super easy to go as a new comer/first timer. They were expecting me, knew my name, had set up a rental mat, mat towel, and towel in the room for me, and gave me a tour. Introduced me to some other new comers (all tactfully placed in the back), and the class itself was FABULOUS. Super super super challenging, long deep savasana, and unreal community energy. Wish I lived in Portland so I could make this my new spot. Super clean, open, bright, and big space, too.

1st time ever doing yoga! A group of us went and it was excellent. Having never done it before, I did not feel awkward at all. Very good instruction and one great work out. It was a bit hot, but I guess that's part of the process.
