We try our best to do this by serving only the finest coffee that conforms to Fair Trade and organically grown standards. If this means traveling to Guatemala to hand select the beans, we do so. Our coffee is always fresh, too. In fact, every coffee bean used and sold at the café is roasted the same week. Our baristas then take it to the next level, creating memorable, distinctive drinks with artful precision.
