Carnevor is a Milwaukee steakhouse that features the best of the local farm produce on your table. The steaks are excellent and they present almost every cut, from an 8oz Filet Mignon and New York Strip to the Rib Eye and Bone-in cut. They also highlight the expensively imported Wagyu and Kobe beef when it becomes available. Their beef comes from the local Allen Brothers Farms and the option to choose from a wide variety of sauces to augment your steak is impressive. Some of the options include a Bearnaise, a Shiitake reduction, Wisconsin blue cheese and foie gras among others. The dim lit ambiance, stone walls, and classy, wooden decor further accentuates the delicious food.
