At Thump, we start with only the finest green coffee beans on the market. We sample coffees from farms all over the world to narrow it down to a few coffees we import. We look for uniqueness. Our coffees are complete by themselves (also known as single origin) with great body, acidity, and balance. Because there is nothing to hide, we roast at lighter temperatures, highlighting the regional nuances in the cup.
