Our coffees are complete by themselves (also known as single origin) with great body, acidity, and balance. Because there is nothing to hide, we roast at lighter temperatures, highlighting the regional nuances in the cup.
We're Bends original plantation direct coffee roaster. We roast on the lighter side of the middle, never flirting with under-roasted. Our French roast Colombian is that perfect balance of a warm, dark caramel, heavy and syrupy stout like a bear hug from your favorite man-friend. Of course, never debasing with carbon. Traditional 6-8 ounce sizes are the preferred option to let the coffee shine. No need to add syrups here, but if you choose, we offer only the best: Monin as well as locally produced, all natural syrups.
