As I reviewed on Google, loved my ride with Nashville Express Airport Shuttle. Our driver was very respectful and took us to our destination in no time. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for shuttle service in Nashville.

After reading some tough Nashville Express Shuttle reviews, we were filled with some trepidation using Jejaw's service (we found them after already booking). However, him and his drivers got the job done for us picking us up from the airport, providing transportation within Nashville for an excursion day and then returning us to the airport. I will admit he was late with one of the vans, however, he was stuck in some gnarly Nashville traffic trying to get into downtown which was out of his control. Thank you Jejaw for making sure to keep us safe and sound during our time in Nashville!

Very good communication concerning location of driver at pick up point. I was able to make direct contact when I called with any questions. Driver was very courteous and friendly. Vehicle was very clean and spacious. Traveling alone I felt very comfortable and safe with the driver. Pick up and drop off times very accurate. Driver was at pick up point at time specified in reservation request.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE. We decided to give JJ a try despite the negative reviews from a few years ago. We booked 3 days prior to needing this shuttle, confirmed with JJ over email that he would pick us up at our scheduled time the day before and HE STILL DID NOT SHOW UP. We called him after our scheduled pick up time and it sounded as if he was still in bed. I’m not sure if he just picks and chooses what scheduled shuttle rides he’s actually going to (after they’re booked and paid for), but his service is extremely unreliable.

Excellent service, we had a group a 13 and JJ assisted getting us from the airport and back, with tons of luggage, and at a great price, highly recommend, thanks JJ and crew
