The Capital Grille has developed quite a reputation as a better than average steakhouse despite its many franchise locations throughout the U.S. The menu follows a standard pattern, yet every option on the menu is carefully selected. Some of the delicious options include classics like dry-aged chops, porterhouse cuts, lobster, crab and the perfect replica of the Delmonico Steak, a 22 oz. Ribeye served au jus. If you decide to opt out of the sit-down service, the bar menu does not disappoint, the mini Lump Crab and Lobster sliders are absolutely worth it.
