It is then hand tossed to create a crust that's authentic, thin and airy. We add our signature sauce, whole milk mozzarella and fresh, all-natural toppings and we're ready to bake the pie to perfection. Unlike the big pizza chains that mass-produce their pies through conveyor belt, assembly-line ovens, our pies are baked in brick ovens to create a crispy, slightly darker crust that our customers crave.
