Blue Shield strives to improve the quality and affordability of healthcare our members access through our coverage. We work hard to provide our members with the customer service, personalized care and supportive programs they need to effectively manage their health. We know we have done our job when our members trust us to help them navigate the healthcare system and feel empowered to make important choices around their health. Blue Shield has been on the forefront of the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) movement in the United States. We were one of the first health plans to implement these close-knit collaborations with physician groups and hospitals, aimed at improving quality of care while saving millions of dollars.
Our branch belongs to the third-largest Member club of the national AAA organization, serving Northern California, Alaska, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming. AAA Membership includes our legendary roadside assistance and towing, exclusive savings on insurance and car repairs, travel discounts, and more. Our branch is a one-stop shop for TourBook guides and TripTik Travel Planners, attraction tickets, passport photos, and international driving permits. We also offer on-site insurance agents, home security consultations, notary services, and select MVD services.

The ornate Asian-style facade of Great Eastern Restaurant leads to a sleek dining room, accented in deep jade green, lacquered black and polished brass. Only the freshest seafood is served in this upscale eatery and the proof is in the fish tanks, where future entrees swim serenely. Perfect preparations for everything that swims include salt bake, sautee, clay pot roasting, stuffing, pan fry, and simple steam. Meat, foul, vegetables and reptiles (do not miss the turtle soup) rendered with equal aplomb.
