Vikram over the past two decades has dealt with the capital markets on both the retail and commercial side. The possibility to advocate for people's improved financial futures became more compelling as he navigated Wall Street and understood its ability to perform.
RiverOak Realty Funds were formed by RiverOak Investment Corp., LLC ( the "Managing Member" ) to provide high net-worth individuals, foundations, pension funds, Individual Retirement Accounts, self-directed 401-Ks, and endowments access to professionally managed real estate investments. Stephen DeNardo and George Yerrall are the Operating Principals of the Managing Member who manage all aspects of the Fund's business. The Operating Principals have extensive experience in all phases of real estate investment sourcing, acquisition, management and financing. The Funds focus on single family residential, multi-family residential, hotels, office and retail properties on the Eastern Seaboard ( the "Investment Territory" ). Other than Asset Management fees, there are no other management fees, organization fees, acquisition fees, disposition fees, placement fees or any other fees that are charged to the investors by the Managing Member or its affiliates. The total remuneration for the Operating Principals has been derived from their salaries, which are subject to Advisory Board review, and their share of proceeds from the Fund's business. Any fees earned from the operation of the Fund's business have been included in the revenue of that Fund.
