With over a decade of financial industry experience, Kelley serves as Market Leader of our Smithfield region. He started his banking career in 2009 at TowneBank as part of the Management Associate Program. He oversees the Smithfield market's loan, deposit, and overall operations. Kelley earned his Bachelors degree in Management, Business, and Economics with a dual concentration in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations from Virginia Wesleyan University in 2008. He also graduated from the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management, the Vann H. Lefcoe Leadership Development Program, and the Leadership of Isle of Wight Institute, which the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce hosts.Kelley is the current chairman of the Advisory Board for the Luter Family YMCA, board member and audit committee member of Smithfield VA Events, charter member and satellite club, past chairman of the Smithfield Rotary, and is a committee member of the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce.Kelley was named in the 2022 Top 40 Under 40 by Inside Business and was named in 2021 by CoVa Biz as a Millennial on the Move.It is truly an honor to be able to serve our members for all of their banking needs and to play such an important part in our community.
Kelly has been with TowneBank since 2004 and is skilled in small business lending. She has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a graduate of the Vann H. Lefcoe Leadership Development program. Kelly has served many roles for local organizations, most recently as a board member for Edmarc Hospice for Children, having also served as past President of the Board. She also serves on the board for the Olde Towne Business Association.

Her specialty in commercial lending includes complex real estate transactions as well as loans to businesses across industries such as professional & legal services, industrial, healthcare, retail and municipalities. She enjoys being a partner to small businesses as well as larger commercial organizations.Natasha received her Master of Business Administration from William and Mary, her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Leo University, and is a graduate of Virginia's Bankers School of Bank Management. She has certifications in Sales and Service from the Cardwell Leadership Program and has completed coursework through the Risk Management Association for Commercial Lending and Underwriting.
