Dawn has been a part of the TowneBank family since 2001 and provides over 35 years of financial industry experience. In her role, she assists both existing and new members with their diverse banking needs and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Oyster Point location in Newport News. A 2008 graduate of the TowneBank Management Associate Program, known today as the LEAD Program, Dawn is proud to provide the exceptional service that our members know and love.I love meeting people and helping them reach their goals, wherever that may be in their financial journey.

Dawn has nearly 20 years of financial industry experience and has held multiple roles within TowneBank. As branch manager, she provides members with professional knowledge on financial services and oversees branch operations and lending functions. Native to Hampton Roads, Dawn enjoys having an active role in her community and has volunteered with the American Red Cross and the Boys and Girls Club. She holds a BA in Governmental Public Administration from Christopher Newport University. What sets TowneBank apart is that we are a relationship-driven bank. Judy has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and has been a member of the Towne Family for 15 years. She is a recipient of the Downtown Hampton Development Partnership Vision Keeper award. In the community, she serves as Chair of the Peninsula Towne Center CDA, is a Board Member for the Virginia Air and Space Museum and serves as Treasurer for the Hampton Roads Prostate Health Forum. Throughout her career, Judy has worked closely with all medical professionals, veterinarians, dentists, law firms and non-profit organizations.One thing to know about Judy I am an advocate and trusted friend to my members.

Kelly is a Commercial Banking Officer and lender with a wide range of experience in financial services. She has been in the banking industry for more than 3 decades and joined TowneBank in 2004 from Harbor Bank. Kelly has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management. She volunteers with the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula and its Smart Smiles 5K Committee. I enjoy working through creative and challenging loan situations!
