This privately owned garden is open to the public thanks to the generosity of Anita Davis. This neighborhood green space hosts various events and features temporary sculpture exhibits by local artists. Landscaped with lush, low impact vegetation, the garden offers benches and a gorgeous lighted canopy set upon an old fast food joint's foundation that now serves as the backdrop for many weddings. Whether its to check out the artwork, attend an event or merely enjoy the being outdoors, the Bernice Garden is an Arkansas gem.
Kanis Park
This city park has something for every member of the family, from picnic tables to tennis courts and a playground. There are two full-sized basketball courts located under the shade (and noise) of Interstate 630. Basketball games take place from early in the morning until after dark. A special feature of this park is the skate park complete with bowl. It is colorfully decorated with graffiti art, and is open to anyone daring enough to take the plunge.

The USS Razorback, or the SS-394 is a Balao class submarine of the United States Navy. With 53 years of active duty, it is one of the longest serving existing submarine in the world. This diesel electric submarine served United States during the World War II and then served Türkiye for many years. The state of Arkansas adopted it in 2004 and it is now docked at the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum in North Little Rock where she is open to the public.
