Fri 5/3/2024 9:25 PM Who we are and what we do statement that I've been using to describe us: Established in 2018 as a non-profit public charity, Home Sweet Home Animal Sanctuary (HSHAS) is a farm animal rescue and sanctuary located at Mother Nature's Farm in Gilbert, AZ. Our organization's mission is to save displaced farm animals who need a second chance at being able to live a healthy happy life. We rescue, rehabilitate, and give farm animals a forever home at our (no-kill, no-breeding) animal sanctuary. We believe in not only taking care of our animals but also caring for the wellbeing of our community members, as a non-profit we are able to contract with other farmers, grocery stores, and food distributors to organize free food giveaways at our farm sanctuary for anyone in need. We truly believe that by working together we can all help each other. We rely on public donations and sponsorships to be able to continue supporting our organization's mission and keep being a resource to our community.

In an otherwise arid topography of Arizona, the verdant Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch serves as a refreshing oasis of sprawling grasslands and serene ponds. This urban recreational spot is made famous for its wealth of bird species, including some rare migratory ones. Nearly 200 bird species have been spotted in its dense groves, which makes it a treasure trove for avid bird watchers and professional wildlife photographers alike. Riparian Preserve is also home to a maze of loop walking and hiking trails that navigate across its seven lagoons. Also known as a famous picnic spot, it attracts local families and joggers who are drawn to its lush green scenery and scenic water streams.
