The Palmer Park Boulevard Apartments District refers to a group of three historic buildings located close to each other in Highland Park, Michigan. Built in the 1920s by architect Richard H. Marr in Late 19th And 20th Century Revivals and Classical Revival and were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

The Palmer Park Apartment Building Historic District comprises of a number of primarily five storey buildings constructed around 1925 in a variety of architectural styles ranging from International Style, Colonial Revival, Art Deco to Mediterranean, Egyptian and Spanish. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, the area was home to a striving LGBT community but numbers dwindled in this sought after neighborhood after crime increased in the 1980s.

The area is dominated by scaling residential complexes with commercial units leased out to eclectic galleries and a range of eateries. The triangular namesake park is dotted with benches making perfect meeting spots under shady trees. This park is also used as a venue for several performing arts events.
