The park is managed by the Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation and was established in the year 1985. There is a little pond on the park premises, also this picnic spot has amenities like drinking water, hiking trails, historic sites, and restrooms. The organization, Friends of Agua Caliente hosts a number of outdoor activities where you can actively participate.
