Valmont City Park is an urban spot to take your dogs for a run if you cannot make it into the surrounding foothills around Boulder. In addition to canine activities, there are also bike trails and a disc golf course. During the summer the city of Boulder hosts 'Bike & Movie Night', where everyone (or almost everyone) wheels down to catch a free flick. Check website calendar for more information on other events.
