The main park of the Bolingbrook Park District, Central Park is also its headquarters and a popular place in the city. This 72-acre (29.13 hectares) park is more famous for its skate park which is among the top skate parks in the region. Made of concrete its streetscape landscape features ramps. a jump ramp, slides, banks, rails, stairs and skate boxes. There are also athletic fields for soccer and softball as well as a playground in the park.

Located in the heart of Wheaton, the Wheaton Park District Community Center is one of the city's biggest community service facility covering a total of 122,000 square feet (11,334 square meters). The community center features an array of multifunctional event spaces, a fully-equipped gymnasium, a childcare zone and indoor racetrack, allowing members to take part in various physical, social and fun activities.
