Located at the SouthSide Works, the South Shore Riverfront Park is a municipal park that makes for an urban oasis for Pittsburgh folks to relax and re-energize. The park serves as a vital network that connects the city's Great Allegheny Passage and Three Rivers Heritage Trail. There is also a trail that originates from the park and stretches alongside the Monongahela River. This beautiful park consists of a number of riverfront trails, a piazza, a boat dock and a large space for recreation. A concert stage at the park invites South Side folks to enjoy live music nights on Wednesday and Sundays for free.
