Set along West Fork Stones River in Murfreesboro, Stones River Greenway is a 12-miles (19 kilometers) long nature trail. Nature enthusiasts can hike, bike, rollerblade or run along this trail and revel in the scenic views of the Lytle Creek and the West Fork Stones River. A part of the Murfreesboro Greenway System, this trail leads to other trailheads, several well-known parks and historical sites in the area. Visitors can also indulge in activities like paddling and kayaking on the river.
