This is a 420-acre park running alongside the Brazos River at the intersection of Commonwealth and University Boulevards. Fishing is allowed in the lake with a valid fishing license. There is a single track mountain bike trail that provides exciting challenges for beginners to intermediate riders. The trail is created in the honour of Justin Petersen Brindley, a Sugar Land resident and outdoor enthusiast who died in a rafting accident. Picnic areas, restroom, fenced playground, space for sports and a lake for fishing and canoeing are also available in the park.
