Porter Sculpture Park

Driving down the Interstate 90 near Montrose, it's hard to miss the giant bull head peeking from the ground. It's intriguing enough to cause a detour, and you'll be rewarded with many more such installations which comprise the Porter Sculpture Park. The work is a brainchild of metal sculptor Wayne Porter, and contains fantastical installations created mostly from scrap metal. Depicting insects, reptiles and other-worldly creatures, the artist's works have a spooky touch that's bound to stay with you for some time after you've left.
