If you're wondering who Lee Harvey Oswald is, he was the sniper who allegedly assassinated John F.Kennedy, the former president of the United States. He was buried here after his death in 1963. His grave is nothing but a reddish granite slab with his name engraved on it. If you do decide to visit the grave make sure to mark its location using the GPS navigation on your smartphone device as many people have lost their way here.
Knapp Heritage Park offers a glimpse of life in the city, back in the 19th century. Consisting an old school house, a blacksmith barn, a vintage log cabin and an old wooden cabin among others, this park boasts of some of the oldest structures in the city. Regular tours of the site are also organised wherein visitors are taken through the origin and history of each structure as well as through the Knapp family history.
