You can also shop online using the link in our bio • Our wine program consists of natural wine from producers found all over the world. • What is natural wine? Natural wines are alive. It’s both an ancient ritual & the latest trend. In a nutshell, the vineyards are grown organically, grape juice is fermented with naturally occurring yeasts & minimal sulfites • Natural wine is made with a careful eye on the farming & fermentation process; by winemakers who have a deep respect for nature instead of using the intervention of additional chemicals & enzymes, or artificial flavors, fragrances and colors to achieve a preempted result that you would find in more conventional winemaking • These practices both innovative and ancestral are used to create “natural” wine. Some methods include handpicking grapes, skin fermentation, carbonic maceration, etc. • At “El Nopalito” our focus is to choose wines the wine geek in all of us want, or need to try.
