The G. C. Broach Company has been in business since 1960. With more than 40 years in the business, the company has manufactured more than 1,200 process heaters, 100 steam generating systems, 153 waste heat recovery systems, 47 air preheat systems and hundreds of instrumentation and control systems. In the fall of 1994, G. C. Broach purchased the commercial assets of Energy Technology, formerly of Houston. These acquired assets include all job files, correspondence files, accounting files, drawings, engineering data, CADD files and programs, encompassing ENTEC's design and construction of more than 700 process heaters, WHRUs and HRSGs. These assets also include the proprietary rights to and exclusive use of the name, Energy Technology, and the trade name ENTEC. The G. C. Broach provides complete support services for existing ENTEC installations.

Based in Tulsa, Okla., the firm utilizes engine and motor driven blowers, screws, as well as reciprocating compressors for fuel gas boosting, low-pressure gas gathering, compressor stations, hydrogen processing and CO2 compression. Its capabilities include mechanical, piping, vessel and structural engineering, process controls, three-dimensional (3D) design, materials procurement and many more. Some of the company s projects include CO2 compression, sour gas compression and treating and low pressure gathering booster compression.
